Fact check. 

Just for Clarity, Rtd Lt Gen Nalweyiso Proscovia is the highest ranking female officer in the UPDF but is not the only General in the UPDF or even in the whole world as the claim suggests. First, a soldier in the Ugandan army is considered a General if they possess a rank from Brigadier, Major Gen, Lt Gen and lastly a General. 

In the UPDF today, there are other female Generals such as Brigadier Gen Agnes Musoke and Brigadier Gen Charity Bainababo. There are also other female Generals all over the world. These among others include Gen Ann E Dunwoody, Gen Laura Richardson, Gen Jacqueline Van Ovost. 

Conclusion.

It is inaccurate that Lt Gen Nalweyiso Proscovia is the only female Gen in the World.
